Hello, I'm Caro Cataldo and I'm in charge of Strategy and Communication at Infinite Software Co.
I have a degree in Communication. Since 2001 I have worked in different areas of communication, with experience in radio, journalism, advertising and audiovisual.
I recently lived for 3 years in Chile, where I worked as a journalist and teacher in image consulting.
Today I specialize in strategic planning, with the objective of adding value and quality to the projects developed by Infinite Software.

My name is Tomás Silva, and I am a dedicated back-end programmer with over three years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications and systems. Throughout my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of technologies, including React, Python, SQL, Node.js, PHP, among other tools and frameworks, which has allowed me to build efficient, scalable solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project.

My main focus is on ensuring technical excellence and functionality in the field of server-side development, making sure that each solution meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. I also keep myself constantly learning, updated on the latest trends and technological advances, with the aim of implementing innovative and effective practices in each development I carry out.

Currently, I have the honor of serving as Team Leader at Infinite Software, where I lead a team of highly talented developers. My role not only encompasses technical project management, but also fostering a collaborative environment, continuous learning and innovation within the team.
